Sosai for freelancers
Sound like a studio from the first message.
You do not have an account manager, a discovery template or three days for a kickoff call. You have a link, a few voice notes and a client who wants to see something back today. This is the way from that message to something in writing, in one afternoon.
Free to use, for as many projects as you like. PDF included.

Six questions left. Those are the ones Saya asks.
Today
You read the message twice, guess the rest, and start designing. Two rounds later it turns out they meant something else, and the revision is on you.
With Sosai
You paste what they sent. Most of the brief fills itself, you answer six questions, and they confirm it in writing before you open a single file.
Or let them do it
Send them the link instead of interviewing them.
Some clients answer better on their own time than on a call. On Pro you send them a link and they fill the briefing in themselves, under your name, on their phone, saying they do not know wherever they do not know.
You book no call and write no reminder. The link is for that one project, it expires, and it closes itself the moment they send. What arrives is the finished briefing.
Your client answers in their own time, on their own phone, under your name. You do not book a call, and you do not ask twice. The finished briefing is waiting when they are done.
The awkward questions, asked for you
You never have to ask what their budget is again.
Budget, timeline and scope are the questions that make a first conversation feel like a negotiation. Saya asks them as part of a form your client fills in on their own time, and their answer lands in the brief in their own words.
If they leave it open, the brief says so. An unanswered budget field is a better starting point than a number you assumed.
- What is the brand called?
- What does the company do?
- Who is the primary audience?
- What should this achieve?
- What tone should it strike?
- What is the campaign goal?
- Which channels does it run on?
- Anything to avoid?
- Which formats do you need?
- What is the one key message?
- How long does it run?
- What is the budget range?
- When does it have to be live?
- Who signs it off?
Eight of these were already answered by the material you submitted. Saya asks about the rest and stops.
Something to attach
Something to attach to the proposal.
Marketplaces and cold enquiries reward whoever looks most prepared. A structured brief attached to your offer does more than a paragraph of enthusiasm, and it is written in the client's own language.
The PDF is there from the first briefing, no payment in the way. On Pro it goes out under your own logo, colour and domain instead of ours.
The same document either way. On Pro it carries your logo, your colour and your own domain; on the free plan it carries the Sosai mark. It stays online until you withdraw it.
Written proof
The brief is the agreement.
Every field shows where it came from, and their own words are quoted verbatim in a section Sosai is never allowed to rewrite. When scope drifts three weeks later, you both have the same document to look at.
That is not a contract, and we would not pretend otherwise. It is the thing most freelance projects are missing anyway.
39 formats
Read one before you write one.
A logo, a one-page site, a flyer, a set of social posts. Different work, different questions, and a different document at the end. Open one and see what a client would get back from you.
Saya is AI. It works for you, not instead of you.
We are not going to pretend otherwise. Saya reads what your client sent, asks what is still missing, and talks a question through when someone gets stuck on it. That is the whole job. Here is what it will not do, and these are commitments, not preferences.
It does not design.
No generated logos, no generated layouts, no generated images. Sosai produces a brief. The design is your work, and it stays your work.
It does not talk to your client without you.
You decide when a briefing link goes out and you can withdraw it again. Nothing is sent on your behalf.
It never invents a fact.
Colours are measured off the page. Text is read, not imagined. Where the model infers something, the field says so until you confirm it.
It says when it cannot read something.
A scanned PDF with no text layer gets reported as unreadable rather than guessed at. We would rather tell you than fill a gap with fiction.
Where it stops
What Sosai cannot do for you.
Every tool has an edge. Ours is easier to trust if you know where it runs out, so here it is.
A scanned PDF stays unread.
Without a text layer there is nothing to read. Sosai says so and asks you to paste the key points instead of inventing them.
A login wall stops the crawler.
If the page is behind a cookie gate or a sign-in, we report it as unreadable rather than briefing you on a consent banner.
A stock theme fools the palette.
Some sites declare a full rainbow in CSS that appears nowhere on the page. When the measured colours look like a template default, Sosai flags it for you to correct.
It does not know your client.
Sosai reads what was submitted. Everything you know from the phone call is still yours to add, and every field is editable.

- A ready job post text from every briefing
We set out to build the most thorough creative briefing engine there is.
Not the fastest to a page of text. Plenty of tools do that, and most of them are free, because generating text is no longer difficult.
We wanted the one that actually reads what your client sent, measures what can be measured, and admits the rest. Whether we managed it is not ours to say.
Judge it by the first briefing you make. It takes about five minutes.
Built in Zurich. Free to use, no card.
