Terms of service

Last updated August 28, 2026

Plain terms for a small product. By creating an account you agree to these.

The service

House of Goods GmbH, Zürcherstrasse 39d, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland, provides Sosai Studio: a tool that turns submitted links, files and written notes into a structured design brief you can share and export. It is offered as-is and improved continuously; features may change.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for having the right to submit the material you upload. Do not submit content you are not allowed to process, and do not use the crawler against sites you have no permission to access.

What things cost

  • Free: no cost and no card, for as many briefings as you like, with the full dialog, the PDF and a public share link. One thing is metered: reading your sources (crawling a page, looking at the images, measuring the colours) runs 5 times a calendar month and starts over the following month.
  • Pro: $29 USD per month, billed monthly in advance. It includes white-labeling, your own domain, team seats, the client intake link and source reading without a monthly limit.
  • Pro trial: once per studio, 14 days, started by you from inside the app. No card and no subscription: it ends by itself and the account continues on the free plan. What you made during the trial stays yours; briefings you shared keep working and carry our mark again afterwards.

Payment runs through Stripe. You can cancel Pro at any time and it stays active until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate part months.

Who owns what

Everything you submit stays yours, and so does the briefing built from it. You grant us only what we need to run the service: to store, process and display that content back to you and to anyone you share it with. The software, design and brand of Sosai Studio remain ours.

What the AI output is, and is not

Parts of a briefing are produced by AI models reading your material. They can be wrong. Every field is shown with where it came from so you can correct it, and a briefing is your professional document, not our advice. Check it before you send it to a client.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can delete your briefings and stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms. Questions: hello@sosai.studio.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, place of jurisdiction Zurich.
