Emparo needs one Christmas campaign idea strong enough to run unchanged across paid social, search, email, print, retail and the landing page, replacing last year's disconnected channel-by-channel messaging. The idea centers on a single practical promise: order by the nineteenth, delivered by the twenty-fourth, everything shipped from one Swiss warehouse. It has to work equally for the November planner and the December eighteenth panic buyer, and sit comfortably next to the everyday shop design it runs alongside.
Overview & Goals
- Unify Christmas messaging into one idea that reads consistently across every channel
- Convert the November planning window and the December panic window with the same core promise
- Make the Swiss-warehouse, single-delivery advantage the campaign's central sales argument
- Deliver a system flexible enough to extend into the catalogue and pop-up posters without a redesign
Budget & Timeline
The concept must be signed off by 15 September, with all assets delivered by 20 October ahead of a run from 1 November to 20 December. The campaign unfolds in three phases: gift inspiration through November, gift guides launching 1 December, and a delivery deadline countdown in the final ten days before the nineteenth of December cutoff.

In the client's own words
Christmas is forty percent of our year and we have never run it as one campaign. Last year the newsletter, the ads and the shop each said something different. This year we want one idea that carries from the first of November to the delivery cut-off on the twentieth of December, across paid social, search, the newsletter, the pop-up in Zurich and the printed catalogue. The promise is not the lowest price. It is that you can still order on the nineteenth and it arrives.
Scope & Deliverables
- Paid social video and static creative for Meta and TikTok
- Gift guide carousel format
- Search ads
- Email campaign creative
- Print materials
- Retail and POS materials
- Campaign landing page
- Price-free versions of all key formats
- Shared system extending into the catalogue and pop-up poster briefs
Do's & Don'ts
Do
- Design the countdown element so the deadline date can be updated without remaking the artwork
- Keep one line of the key message identical across every channel
- Ensure the campaign look can run alongside the normal shop design at the same time
- Build the system to also serve the catalogue and pop-up poster briefs
Don't
- Do not use snow, reindeer or the colors red and green
- Do not create a look that clashes with or replaces the everyday shop design
- Do not let the newsletter, ads and shop tell different stories as they did last year
- Do not produce formats without a price-free version
